Cafe / Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe supervisor to oversee our bustling cafe located within the picturesque Sun Peaks Resort. As the Cafe supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable and positive experience.
• Maintain menu quality and introduce seasonal offerings.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to guarantee a clean and safe environment.
• Drive sales through creative marketing and promotions.
Foster a positive team culture, providing training and support for staff development.
