Your Role:
- Menu Innovation: Take the lead in crafting an extraordinary Italian menu that reflects your culinary prowess and captures the essence of our brand. You'll have the creative freedom to introduce signature dishes and unique flavors.
- Operational Autonomy: Be the captain of your ship! From selecting ingredients to determining on-site offerings, you'll have a significant say in shaping the overall experience. Your vision will extend to hiring decisions, fostering a team that shares your passion.
- Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Oversee the sourcing of high-quality ingredients, ensuring freshness and authenticity in every dish. Implement efficient inventory control systems to manage stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize costs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a compelling Italian culinary vision for the bistro cafe.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and staff, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Actively participate in the creation of marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver a cohesive and delightful customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef/Manager in an upscale Italian restaurant or similar setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- A flair for menu innovation and creativity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
- Experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and ingredient sourcing.

Salary: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
