Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls.
- Quickly resolve problems to ensure consistent quality service.
- Perform a variety of tasks associated with customer and client services.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high volume of calls.
- Thorough documentation of all contacts within the customer management system.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $22.40-$25.80 per hour
