Call Center Representative

We are hiring for our client, a major financial services company

Location: Hybrid with 2 days in office - Joseph Howe Drive Halifax
Job Type: 6 Months Contract
Shift: Rotational shift, between 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. AST, Monday through Friday.

• The Customer Representative will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services.
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
• Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
• Collaborate with other Call Center professionals to improve customer service

Required -

• Call Center experience

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: $20.00-$21.70 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
