We are seeking talented and motivated Sales Floor Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

• Results driven and a proven leader able to promote our services to potential customers

• Evaluate and implement positive and effective sales strategies which can become a rally point for the entire sales department.
• Help develop creative sales strategies that help your team reach the next level

• Ensure our clients are satisfied to increase customer loyalty (high customer satisfaction with the sales process.

• Strong drive to increase sales performance (meet & exceed set goals & targets)

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing an outbound Call Center.
• Fluent in English as we deal primarily with US clients (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Website design, SEO basics is an asset

Salary: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
