We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Call Center and ensuring that our team meets performance targets and delivers exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Take calls from customers and direct their inquiries.
- Ability to set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to team members as the team grows.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Call Center efficiency and productivity
- Analyze Call Center data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, changes, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Handle escalated customer calls or complaints as needed
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven experience in supervising Call Center operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks
- Strong analytical skills to analyze Call Center data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
