Canteen Worker

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Canteen Worker to join our team. As a Canteen Worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the canteen.

```Duties```
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer orders and payments
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the canteen area
- Assist customers with any inquiries or requests
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Restock inventory and monitor stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in cashiering or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, giving change, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
