Qualifications & Skill Set

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience
• Valid O.M.V.I.C. licence
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Automotive industry
• Must know cars.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Punctual and able to work flexible hours
• Strong computer skills
• Bilingual or Second language asset
• Sales experience must!
• Upon acceptance of the job offer, (Must be able to start working within five business days)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities to sell new and used vehicles
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing product information and conducting test drives
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Salary: $70,925.00-$95,925.00 per year
