Cardiac Sonographer

Wellman Medical Group is a group of 4 cardiologists who provide services in interventional, structural, TAVI, general cardiology and level III echocardiography. We are in a modern private building with ample parking. We pride ourselves in providing excellent patient care. We currently provide echocardiography (2 machines), exercise treadmill testing, ECG, and holter monitoring in our office. Many of our patients travel great distances to see us and we try to facilitate all our testing in a single appointment.

Included in the bonus is a $10,000 bonus for applicants willing to sign a 3 year contract. Performance bonuses may also be negotiable.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a recognized Canadian Institution
• Active CRCS credentialed member of Sonography Canada required

```Duties```
- Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations on patients
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them
- Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings as necessary
- Capture images and recordings of specific areas of the body as requested by physicians
- Analyze images and recordings to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results and make diagnoses
- Maintain patient records and update medical histories as needed
