Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care for children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, emotional, and intellectual development
- Create a structured daily routine that includes playtime, educational activities, meals
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of children's play areas and bedrooms
- Transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or updates
Requirements:
- Prior experience caring for children of various ages
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both with children and parents
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR procedures for children
- Ability to create a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Willingness to engage in educational activities with children
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
