- Measure and Cut Materials: Accurately measure and cut materials such as wood, plywood, and other building materials according to project specifications.
- Installation of Structures: Construct and install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, counters, molding, and other wooden fixtures.
- Framing: Perform framing work for walls, ceilings, and roofs, ensuring precision and structural integrity.
- Finish Carpentry: Execute finish carpentry work, including trim work, molding, and other decorative elements.
- Repair and Renovation: Conduct repairs and renovations on existing structures, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other construction professionals, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Skills:
- Experience in the renovation industry is preferred
- Proficient in caulking and trim carpentry techniques
- Knowledge of construction estimating for accurate project planning
