As a , you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to CNC, siding, restoration, building, drywall, and general maintenance person work. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong carpentry skills and experience in electrical work and cabinet installation. Duties: - Operate CNC machines to fabricate and shape various materials - Install, repair, and replace siding on residential and commercial buildings - Restore and renovate structures to their original condition - Construct new buildings and structures according to plans and specifications - Perform drywall installation and finishing - Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently - Conduct electrical work, including wiring and troubleshooting - Install cabinets and other fixtures as needed Requirements: - Proven experience as a or similar role - Proficient in operating CNC machines - Strong knowledge of siding installation techniques - Experience in restoration work, including carpentry repairs - Skilled in drywall installation and finishing - Familiarity with power tools and hand tools commonly used in construction - Knowledge of electrical work, including wiring and troubleshooting - Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail If you have the necessary skills and experience for this position, we invite you to apply.
