Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. As a Carpenter/Laborer, you will be responsible for various construction and labor tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in carpentry skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry tasks such as building, assembling, and fabricating structures
- Install and repair electrical systems as needed
- Assist with concrete forming and pouring
- Conduct roof repairs and maintenance
- Apply caulking and other sealants to ensure structural integrity
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
- Operate CNC machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials
- Restore and renovate existing structures as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Laborer or similar role
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques, including framing, finishing, and cabinetry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems installation and repair
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
- Experience operating CNC machinery is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
