CarWash Staff Member

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Staff Member to join our team. As a Staff Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our carwash. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in all types of weather.

Duties:

- Reports to the Site Manager and Assistant Manager and is trained to assist with all aspects of the car wash operation. Tasks including guiding cars on to the conveyor, ensuring clean and presentable facilities, and providing benefits of each single and membership car wash tier to Guests at the Welcome Stations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and Membership processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team setting and communicate effectively with coworkers

Salary: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
