Cash Application Representative

Location: remote based position - open to all provinces

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Post and reconcile payments from customers paying via bulk payments via cheque or EFT
• Respond to AR customer phone and email enquiries and problem solve accordingly
• Charge backs related to clinics will be reviewed to determine action required
• Prepare ad hoc reports for customers
• Prepare payment requests as required for PPN or affiliate clinics
• Clearing overpayments from LPS as required on a quarterly basis
• Prepare expense reports for non Lifemark clinics
• Handle clinic queries for support at Corporate office and redirect as necessary
• Validate account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers;
• Post and apply collection agency payments
• Massage membership oversight and management: set up of contracts, upload payments, manage the declined payments, expired contracts, and expired credit cards.
• Bank deposits via scanner as well as in person deposits as required.

Key qualifications:

• Proven work experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (at least 1 year preferred);
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment;
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced Excel skills)
• ACCPAC/Doclink knowledge is considered an asset.
