Cash Office Clerk - Casual

• Counting and preparing floats for distribution for concessions, bars, and the box office.
• Verifying end of shift counts, credit card transactions, and reconciling totals with receipts; resolving discrepancies that arise
• Provide cash change and receipt paper to the locations during event times
• Submit reports, track payouts, and verify the safe counts

Here is what you bring:

• Cash handling experience, accurate and expedient use of business machines, that is, bill counters, coin counters and calculators

• 1 - 2 years data entry and cash handling experience preferred

• High level of comfort with technology

• Knowledge and proficiency using spreadsheets in SharePoint specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook mail

• Proven ability to work with different levels of management and staff

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Works well under pressure

• Lifts up to 25 pounds without assistance; may lift up to 30 pounds with or without assistance

• Satisfactory Background Check required
