Job Description:

As a Cashier and Server at Heaven Pizza, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a smooth dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

• Providing menu recommendations and taking customer orders accurately.

• Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently.

• Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.

• Ensuring tables are clean and organized between guests.

• Assisting with food preparation and packaging orders as needed.

• Collaborating with kitchen and waitstaff to deliver exceptional service.

• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or serving is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
