This role requires you to provide healthy nutritious meals to the residents of the Long-Term Care Home following the Canadas Healthy Food Guide, workers should be organized, flexible and adaptable. About the facility: The Licensed Catherine Charles Long Term Care is a 24-hour, 365 days facility that provides Level 1, 2 & 3 care to residents.
About the position: Plan and prepare food menu for a 24/7 operation that is consistent with Canadas Healthy Food Guide; Must be able to follow a meal plan as set out by the Nutritionist; Maintain records of food usage and supplies; Obtain food and supplies based of budget; Must be able to shop in bulk; Must be able to keep inventory of all grocery supplies; Clean and sanitize work area.
