Casual Fine Dining Professional Server

Zambri’s is looking for a part time Professional Server!

Zambri’s is an award winning 120 seat restaurant in Victoria, serving authentic Italian dishes using only the freshest ingredients; pouring wines from a unique and ever changing list and curating a cocktail list that follows the seasons. In business for 24 years, Zambri’s is a leading restaurant in the capital of BC.

We are looking for a part time Fine Dining server to work at least Wednesday & Thursday evenings with the opportunity to pick up more shifts including lunch. Must be available to start at 4:00pm and work until close. We would like someone with a hospitable nature who can make guests feel at home while providing all of the service details of a Fine Dining restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have:

-a minimum of two years of Fine Dining serving experience in a high volume restaurant.

-natural selling ability

-wine and spirit knowledge
