Catering & Banquet Server - Casual

Westerner Park is seeking Catering & Banquet servers on a casual basis to support our Food & Beverage operations! The role includes:

• Setting up, maintenance, and tear down of the catered event.
• Awareness of the menu for the function, and being able to explain the major ingredients and preparation methods for each item being served.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and mannerism.
• Provide excellent food & beverage service for banquet events.
• Serve food, coffee, water and other beverages; refill beverages as needed.
• Clear tables throughout the dining experience utilizing standard methods.
• Always follow health and safety practices including food safety recommendations.

What we need from you is:

• Catering and/or serving experience is a strong asset.
• A valid ProServe ceritfication is required to be provided within 30 days of hire.
• Must be legal age to obtain a ProServe certification.
• Flexibilty to work various shifts.

This role is casual in nature. Casual employees are not guaranteed hours or shifts and may work up to 24 hours per week.
Rate of pay: $15.00 to $16.32 per hour.
