Responsibilities:
- Provide park visitors with positive, educational and enriching guided tours that foster respect for the wilderness and oneself
- Uphold high standards of safety and professionalism in rugged environments with clients from all walks of life who can be between the ages of 5 and 85.
- Conduct School Group Tours on Field Trips as well as public tours with multiple parties.
- Tours Range from 90 minutes to 3 hours (4+ hours for guides who get certified for ropework caving adventures). All guides trained to take participants through 4 caves with various obstacles and challenges.
- Will also be trained to work shifts as an attendant at the Visitor Centre or in Gear Rental Kiosk.
- Park Act Enforcement duties and park maintenance duties

Requirements:
- This position is open to applicants from a wide variety of backgrounds including, but not limited to guiding, tourism, geology, geography, biology, forestry, caving and those with a general interest in people and experiential learning.
- Proficient communication both verbal and written.
- Must be confident with public speaking.
- Minimum Occupational First Aid Level 1
- Successful completion of in-house training
- Ability to work and live in all types of weather
- Adaptability and flexibility during the fast-paced peak season (May-September)
