Cell Phone Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Phone Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting various mobile phone issues. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets
- Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and component replacements
- Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure functionality
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and any other relevant information
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone models, operating systems, and repair techniques

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware components and operating systems (iOS, Android)
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Proficiency in reading schematics and using hand tools for repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and find effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing mobile devices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems
