Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Take charge of manufacturing process activities (water treatment, transformation of residual materials, plastics recycling).
- Act as the linchpin between manufacturing operations management, engineering, profitability and business development
- Participate in the development of new processes, and in the maintenance (+ improvement) of existing ones
- Assign and define major development priorities for teams
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards
- Other related process engineering tasks

- Ability to work with other departments, diplomacy
- Good self-confidence and ability to deal with people
We're looking for someone who's organized, diligent and rigorous. Our ideal candidate likes to optimize and streamline a manufacturing process and, more generally, an organization. Ideally has knowledge of water treatment and chemical transformation processes.
Your profile :
- 5 to 10 years' experience in a position supervising process operations
- French-speaking - Efficient professional level in English
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, process or industrial engineering
- Salary: $90k - $120k depending on experience + Bonus
