Chief Compliance Officer(Cco) For A Dual Iiroc/Mfda Dealers

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective compliance program for the organization
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the compliance program
- Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
- Conduct internal investigations and audits as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory agencies as required

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a leadership position
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Proven experience in business development and project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
