Chief Financial Officer (Cfo)

Century Exteriors Inc. is a family owned and operated building envelope systems company, based out of Atlantic Canada. Currently, we have two locations and growing. Our Head Office is based out of Woodstock, New Brunswick. Our Nova Scotia Office is based out of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The team has earned recognition for undertaking large complex projects, while fostering innovation, embracing emerging technologies, and making a difference for their clients, employees, and communities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations and activities of the company
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to the executive team
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Conduct risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to support business development initiatives
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors

Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a CFO or Finance Director
- Strong background in financial services and corporate finance
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in risk management and organizational planning
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
