We are currently hiring Cidery Ambassadors for the 2024 season (May-October). This role supports a variety of areas including retails sales and tasting room, and must be available to work high volume shifts including weekends. Successful candidates must be smart serve certified. We will provide training, all levels of experience welcome.

What You'll Do:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and provide top customer service
• Explain our ciders to customers, guiding them through educated tastings
• Process payments, keep records of transactions, handle cash and manage inventory
• Assist with a range of daily tasting room and restaurant opening/closing/side duties
• Provide consistently high levels of customer service that is friendly and professional
• Ensure all guests have an enjoyable, positive experience
• Act as a role model to other Cidery Ambassadors at all times

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Seasonal availability
• Experience with food or beverage service
• Experience with restaurant/retail point of sale (POS)
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able and willing to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs
• Candidates must be smart serve certified
• Ability to work in a flexible and changing schedule

The County Cider Company offers full-time hours on a seasonal basis (great for students) and an incredible work environment.

Contract length: 6 months

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
