Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cigarette Packer Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining cigarette packing machines, ensuring efficient and accurate packaging of our products.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor cigarette packing machines to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of packing equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

Monitor product quality throughout the packing process, conducting inspections and making adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or mechanical issues in a timely manner to minimize production delays.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and ensure seamless workflow.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required by company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cigarette Packer Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the tobacco industry.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on packing equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
