Position

Join the New West Equipment team as a full-time Class 5Q - Propane Delivery Driver, and you'll play a crucial role in safely and efficiently transporting propane to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

As a Class 5Q - Propane Delivery Driveron our team, you will:

• Load, deliver, and unload fuel, tools and equipment
• Manage customer requests and deliver exceptional customer service
• Troubleshoot on-site issues as necessary
• Maintain and submit required documentation
• Perform other delivery tasks as assigned

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role and industry required
• Valid Class 3 driver’s license or Class 5Q (with air brakes) driver’s license, and a clean driver’s abstract
• PTI certifications 400-01, 300-01, and 100-08, preferred but can be trained in-house
• TDG certification (we will provide recertification as required)
• Strong mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues on-site
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to properly maintain records and follow directions
• Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety
• Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 50 lbs or more in indoor and outdoor environments
