Cldr-Clinic Director

**A $5000 Signing Bonus & a Relocation Allowance!**

The Clinic Director must have a clinical designation as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Massage Therapist, ideally with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. The clinic director will be energized to recognize new opportunities to develop future business, have experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and development of business plans, and have a passion for developing clinical excellence through mentorship, education, and professional development.

This position is a split management/clinician position, the ideal candidate will treat their patients for a portion of the week, whilst spending the remainder of their time on management duties.

Clinical Quality:

• Ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
• Performing chart audits (reviewing treatment plans for accuracy, clinical reasoning & program selection)
• Maintaining standards for communication (charts, letters, phone) with customers
• Participating in lunch & learns (internal & external as required)
• Ensuring effective and efficient implementation and development of clinic and corporate standard operating procedures.

Professional Development:

• Business development, financial management, and development of clinic business plans
• Promoting a climate of success and the highest level of service with strong supportive leadership and a positive attitude
• Monitoring customer service programs to provide an outstanding experience to patients, physicians, and other clients
• Maintaining a strong presence in the clinic, mentoring and developing potential leaders within the team for the benefit of future growth of the organization.
• Demonstrating clinical leadership and expertise through mentorship of clinical staff
• Performing 1:1 meetings with all clinical staff- review of physiotherapist scorecard and other objective measures of performance
• Developing a corrective action plan when performance issues are identified
• Assisting Office Manager in recruitment and hiring of staff

You are:

• A graduate of a recognized university with an applicable degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy or Massage Therapy
• Registered with the appropriate provincial regulatory body (required)
• Experienced as a practicing clinician (3+ years preferred)
• Able to adapt to changes in priorities, possessing business acumen
• Proven to improve revenues through business development activities and building relationships.
• An advocate for our patients and customers.
• A strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and development of business plans.
• Energized to recognize new opportunities to develop future business
