We're in search of a motivated and experienced individual to join our rapidly expanding all-natural cleaning company as a cleaner, quality control manager, team lead, or manager. This role is pivotal in driving the success and expansion of our business, primarily dedicated to delivering top-tier cleaning services for Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, detail-focused setting and bring exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is crucial for this position. Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage cleaning assignments, guaranteeing punctual completion and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Engage with clients and team members professionally, promptly addressing concerns or inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Employ data and a cell phone camera to accurately document and report cleaning outcomes.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in managing shifting priorities and tasks.
- Train and guide team members, cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere and supporting professional development.
- Maintain confidentiality by adhering to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Non-Compete Agreements.
- Showcase strong problem-solving abilities, a quick learning aptitude, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail and organizational excellence across all work facets.
- Exemplify a personable and professional demeanor, reflecting the values of our company.
- Collaborate with upper management to uphold adherence to company standards and objectives.
Requirements:
- Preferably, previous managerial experience within the cleaning industry.
- Previous cleaning experience, particularly in a professional context.
- Ability to furnish references demonstrating experience in both management and cleaning.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous approach.
- Access to data and a cell phone equipped with a camera for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and an insured vehicle.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet client requirements and business needs.
- Readiness to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible in task execution.
- Strong focus on detail, organization, and meeting deadlines.
- Approachable, friendly, and professional conduct, embodying our company values.
- Willingness to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Non-Compete Agreements.
- Commitment for long-term engagement with potential for progression into upper management positions.

The pay is determined based on experience and performance. It will commence at approximately $20 per hour, and will scale based on performance.
