Cleaning / Labourer Technician – Fulltime

Every disaster is different, our day-to-day operations are never the same.

Here are some of the tasks a Cleaning/Labourer Technicianperforms at WINMAR:

• Content assessment, packing, listing & moving.
• Detailed cleaning of contents (our customers belongings)
• Cleaning textiles and fabrics
• Content manipulation (moving contents for repairs or emergency services)
• Structural cleaning; cleaning walls, doors, ceilings, baseboard, casing, fixtures, floors etc.
• Post construction cleaning
• Content protection & containment
• Extract standing water, Categories 1, 2 & 3
• Removal of wet building materials such as flooring, drywall, cabinets, trims, insulation.
• Structural drying – drying building materials in place
• Setup drying equipment and monitor the drying process.
• Keeping our worksites clean

Hourly: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Day Shift - 8am to 5pm
• On-Call - Rotational

Experience:

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License (required)
