We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible and cooperative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to complement our Richmond administrative team. The nature of work requires the ability to accurately and efficiently manage a broad range and high volume of administrative duties. Sound judgement, strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy are required.

Responsibilities will include providing general administrative and/or clerical support for a variety of work groups in Supply Chain/Purchasing. You have the ability to draft correspondence that is clear, concise and grammatically correct, and are able to independently analyse situations, and follow up as required. Responsibilities will also include processing purchase orders and invoices using a computerized financial management system, maintaining documentation to auditing standards, and data entry via a computerized maintenance management system, as well as other related and general administrative tasks.

A post-secondary certificate or diploma in administration, office systems or equivalent complemented by 3-5 years of related work experience is preferred. Completion of courses towards a CSCP is an asset. Proficiency in the use of office based software applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and a CMMS is considered an asset.
