Full Time Care Coordinator required
Integrity Home Health Services is looking to hire a Full time Care Coordinator to work in our Woodstock office.
This excellent opportunity boasts friendly, rewarding and fun work atmosphere with competitive wages including a bonus structure after probation period. Normal work weeks end at 1pm on Friday to encourage Work, Life, Balance. Employee benefit program (portion paid by employer) and pension plan also available after probation.
Duties include:
- · Answering incoming calls.
- · Matching clients to caregivers’ schedules with “Best Match” practices
- · Grow relationship with clients, caregivers and referral sources.
- · Receiving payments
- · Replenishing supplies
- · Data entry of new clients
- Part of office on call rotation
