We're on the hunt for the one!
The Client Care Coordinator is a key member of the Client Care Team who is responsible for managing and arranging client's care and service. Using your strong communication and savvy problem-solving skills, you will be our go-to person for managing employees in the Home Support Worker classification directly. You will also use scheduling software effectively to fulfill Client Care plans and provide employees with schedules bi-weekly. Get ready to know the collective agreement inside and out while knowing that your work makes a difference.
What you'll bring?
Preferably experience in the fields of Client Care, nursing, human resources, or scheduling. Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be expected to provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
