Whitehorse House to Home Real Estate Team is comprised of two full time top producing REALTORS® and a Client Care Specialist within Urban Realty Group. House to Home team offers 1st class service with industry leading expertise to all of our clients while passionately going the extra mile for any real estate transaction.

About the role:

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of real estate transactions, maintaining excellent client service, and supporting the team's overall success. This position works closely with two full time REALTORS® and the Office Manager. This position is responsible for completing a variety of tasks and support in operations, administration, finances, and client services.

Key Responsibilities

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Manage daily/weekly scheduling and make appointments

· Familiar with social media channels

· Various administrative duties to support the team

· Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Follow established procedures

· Handle confidential information

· Work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

· Good at multi tasking and being organized

· Keen eye for detail

· Provide great customer service and client communication

· Fast Learner

Qualifications

Education: Secondary School (preferred)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, previous real estate experience is a bonus

Language: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
