The Role:
We are in search of a Client Engagement and Fulfillment Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Your role will be pivotal in fostering seamless interactions with our valued clients through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, technical questions, and product questions with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Process retail orders with precision, respond to customer emails with thoughtful Engagement and manage online order transactions efficiently.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and sales transactions
- Prepare and process shipping labels/waybills, ensuring products reach customers promptly and reliably.
Who You Are:
- A customer service enthusiast with at least one year of experience, especially in retail sales.
- A professional communicator who is courteous and friendly, creating positive experiences for customers.
- It’s a bonus if you are an individual with a keen interest in motorcycles, bringing an authentic passion to the team.
- Proficient with basic computer operations, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
