What is the opportunity?

The RBC Dominion Securities West Vancouver branch is currently seeking an Associate to join an established team, Eydt Wealth Partners. The successful candidate will possess a passion for service excellence and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.

What will you do?

  • Client meeting preparation
  • Fulfill client inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts
  • Manage documentation & regulatory requirements for new and existing clients
  • Maintain client relationships and knowledge of accounts
  • Helping to manage team operations while working to refine processes to ensure the team runs efficiently.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • CSC or willing to obtain within 6-12 months
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Financial services industry experience with a strong understanding of financial administration, account types, rules and regulations

Nice to Have

  • CSC & CPH (IIROC licensed)
  • Post-secondary degree
  • A least 1 year of experience in a similar role

The expected salary range for the above position is $37,500 - $45,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.

This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment.
