Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring clients feel supported and valued from their first contact to ongoing interactions.

Communication Mastery: Manage client communication via emails, texts, and phone calls, providing prompt and personalized responses.

Empowerment Focus: Implement strategies to empower clients through their movement journey, emphasizing the importance of optimal movement, strength, and personal growth.

System Implementation: Develop and implement effective systems to ensure a consistent and exceptional Client Experience throughout the studio.

Program Enhancement: Collaborate with the team to create programs and upselling opportunities that enhance clients' experiences and contribute to their overall well-being.

Qualifications:

• Warm, inviting, and educated approach to client care.
• Proven experience in client management, with a focus on the fitness or wellness industry.
• Exceptional communication skills across various channels.
• Strong organizational skills to implement and optimize client support systems.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
