Client Experience Coordinator (Front Desk)

We are currently seeking a Client Experience Coordinator for our downtown Vancouver clinic, devoted to delivering the utmost hospitality experience. In this role, you will uphold the highest standards of thoughtful, compassionate care. As a pivotal member of our team, the Client Experience Coordinator ensures a seamless Client Experience by overseeing check-ins at the reception area and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Providing concierge-level service, you will prioritize the well-being of both our clients and team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a smooth clinic operation by supporting client and team inquiries.
• Provide concierge-level support to address client queries and maintain a five-star Front Desk experience, including:
• Welcoming clients and visitors, verifying their information, and checking them in upon arrival.
• Supporting our team by providing proactive care, ensuring their schedules are updated and managed based on client interactions.
• Anticipating client and team needs, supporting office utilization, and creating and supporting events and team meetings.

What you bring:

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Background in customer service or hospitality.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using software, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
