Nour Private Wealth (NPW) is seeking an experienced Client Experience Representative for one of our Investment advisors at NPW. The Representative will assist the team in many areas of wealth management, including answering in-bound calls, preparing new account and service paperwork, managing multiple computer systems in a paperwork-intensive environment, providing customer service both in person and over the phone, facilitating and resolving client service requests, scheduling client meetings, generating and mailing correspondence, and completing other administrative tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management including prioritizing scheduling and managing conflicts.
  • Build, manage, and maintain relationships with clients by taking a credible, value-centric approach to all meetings and client interactions.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the company's CRM system to ensure timely resolution and to inform process improvements.
  • Assist in client account opening paperwork.
  • Adjust client fee requests.
  • Tax package preparation.
  • Preparation of TFSA, and RRSP contributions for clients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service support to new and existing clients.
  • resolve any issues or complaints, and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Send thoughtful and personalized gifts to clients for their birthdays and other special events to strengthen our client relationships and foster brand loyalty.
  • Proactively manage complex travel arrangements/itineraries, ensuring seamless travel and efficient use of budgeting and resources.
  • Execution of high-quality correspondence, and documents. and reports, giving attention to detail; proactively seeking opportunities to provide additional value-added service to ensure all established deadlines/commitments are met.
  • Ensure documents are prepared consistently with relevant regulations and in a proper way.
  • Ensure relevant information is assembled and prepared for meetings (client documents, etc).
  • Within established guidelines, communicate via email and telephone to both internal staff and clients on behalf of the executive. Examples could include arranging meetings and off-site events. and resolution of routine issues.
  • Set up and coordinate staff meetings and management meetings.
  • Preparation of new/existing client documents, opening client accounts, and transfers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualification

  • Degree in business administration, finance, business, or financial services (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in financial services/insurance.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced organizational skills specifically around calendar management, scheduling, and the ability to organize, plan, and schedule activities.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills in working effectively with various levels of staff, including senior management and executives; ability to work as a team member.
  • Sound judgment in decision-making; strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency; Intranet and Internet navigating and research skills, google.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, and French an asset.

Salary based on experience and commensurate with the marketplace.
