Job description

As a Client Relations Coordinator at Green Sense Cleaning, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. Your main responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and addressing any concerns they may have. You will also work closely with our cleaning teams to coordinate service schedules, manage client accounts, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate service schedules and appointments with cleaning teams to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Monitor client accounts, update client information, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote additional services and upsell existing clients.
  • Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives to enhance client loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and handling billing inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or Client Relations role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or business administration are a plus.
