```Duties```

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail

- Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers

- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, faxing, and photocopying documents

- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity

```Skills```

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading

- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for document management and collaboration

- Previous experience in a real estate or insurance office setting is a plus

- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Lonewolf or other accounting software is preferred

- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting customers and managing phone calls

- Strong clerical skills for managing paperwork and maintaining records
