Client Service Representative

Look no further! Money Mentors is hiring a Client Services Coordinator in our Calgary office.

The Work

Money Mentors is a non-profit organization that provides free financial counselling and coaching, access to a low-cost debt solution, and financial education to Albertans.

You will work with consumers to:

· Create a fantastic first impression of Money Mentors via phone, chat, Email or in-person communications!

· Provide prospective clients with accurate information regarding Money Mentors.

· Book appointments for prospective clients, making them feel comfortable and at ease.

· Provide existing clients with accurate information regarding their account.

· Create a warm friendly atmosphere at reception.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has a positive, can-do attitude!

· Is passionate about helping Albertans.

· Can motivate and inspire consumers into action.

· Can make people feel comfortable upon first contact.

· Can learn new technology as needed.

· Is organized and capable of handling multiple demands in a calm manner.

Requirements:

· Please note that this role requires working some evenings (12-8pm) and up to 2 Saturdays per month (9am-5pm).

· Criminal Record Check and Credit check.
