Client Services Supervisor (PSW & Nursing- Community)

Contract (6 months), Full Time

Location: Muskoka

We are looking for a Client Service Supervisor who can be autonomous in leading a team of personal support workers, and nurses and comfortable providing support to staff and clients. Our next Client Service Supervisor will thrive in a forward-thinking culture where being a self-starter and taking initiative will drive the success of their role leading the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Service Supervisor to take ownership of their team and really build some foundational relationships with the employees they are overseeing. Closing the Gap is one of Ontario’s largest healthcare companies and we welcome candidates who have experience leading and supervising a team.

This is a Full-Time, 6-month contract position, Work from office- based at our Muskoka office, supervising PSWs and Nurses.

• You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
• You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
• You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
• You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
• You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.

Skills needed for success:

• You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Thorough understanding of all facets of PSW and Nursing work and need to be familiar with all aspects of work that the staff would encounter.
• Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Have current registration and in good standing with the college of nurses of Ontario, as an RPN or RN.
