Client Services Administrator

Position Purpose

The Client Services Administrator provides excellent customer service by leveraging their professional, responsible, and helpful approach. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Administrator responds to phone and email inquiries, designating them to the appropriate department as needed. Working within the LMS & CRM platforms maintaining up-to-date and accurate client information. This role is foundational to the success of the Client Services Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for course administration such as providing support to instructors, certifying classes, and allocating course access through the LMS platform.
  • Responsible for processing new memberships, handling renewals, and addressing general inquiries through the CRM platform.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails, directing them to the appropriate channels.
  • Assists with merging student and company files, managing refunds, generating reports, and handling package mailouts.
  • Assists with general office duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 1 – 3 years of related experience. Experience in a demanding customer service environment and high-volume data coordination is an asset.
  • Required Skills and Abilities:
    • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, LMS, and call queue.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
    • Ability to work independently as a strong and contributing member in a team environment.
    • Excels at creative thinking and problem-solving.

Logistics

  • Daily work hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
  • This position has the potential for a hybrid work model (ACSA facility, home office).


Salary: Approximately $48,495 - $50,920
