Our client, a submetering and utility expense management company in Concord, is looking for a Client Success Specialist to join their team. The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and maintain long-lasting client relationships. The Client Success Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Client Success.
- $65,000-$75,000 annually
- 4 days in-office, 1 day remote (Tues-Thurs)
- Benefits after 3 months
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management and Client Success
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel
- Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on products/services, share industry insights, and gather feedback
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations
- Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the effective use of available tools and resources
- Provide ongoing support to address any issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring clients derive maximum value from their investment
- Monitor and analyze client usage to identify areas for improvement and optimization
