Job description

About the Company:

Rainbowcounselling is a growing virtual psychotherapy clinic who primarily supports the 2SLGBTQI+ community. We are seeking a Virtual Clinic Coordinator to support the clinic's day-to-day operations.

Job responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for client inquiries regarding therapy support
  • Respond to emails, inbound calls and client concerns
  • Scheduling and booking appointments
  • Generate invoices and receipts
  • Assist with finances, including the processing of payments
  • Complete consultations with clients to support internal referrals
  • Create social media content related to psychology and affirming 2SLGBTQ+ mental health practices as well as marketing initiatives
  • Support onboarding of new associate therapists
  • Generating metric reports of consults to bookings
  • Maintain strong communication with clinic director
  • Acts as liaison between team of clinicians, director and clients

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience/ knowledge in the field of Psychology/Social Work/Counselling
  • Diploma or Degree in Social Work/ Social Services Field or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook & Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service & client coordination skills
  • Ability to prioritize & organize time and tasks efficiently
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Knowledge of the field of therapy and affirming 2SLGBTQ+ mental health practice

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
