Clinic Director

We are a well-established clinic in medical aesthetics situated in Mississauga and are currently searching for a dynamic team leader to assume the role of Clinic Director.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience
• Over 5 years of previous managerial experience
• Possession of a Medical Aesthetics certificate
• Demonstrates ability to excel in a team-oriented setting, both as a member and a leader
• Proficient in training both new and existing team members
• Capable to lead and manage a team of 4 or more individuals
• Available during weekends and evenings
• Eager to learn and adhere to protocol procedures outlined in the training system
• Organized and quick learner

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage opening and closing tasks of the clinic
• Ensure adherence to all operational protocols
• Cultivate a positive and team-centric environment
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the clinic
• Conduct weekly staff meetings, providing progress reports to each team member
• Daily review of client files and pre-shift meetings with staff to discuss potential treatment upgrades
• Work under pressure to meet personal and clinic sales objectives
• Interviewing, hiring, and training new staff as needed
• Scheduling and conducting follow-up trainings for existing staff as required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
