Overview

Due to our exponential growth, we are looking for a permanent full-time Clinical Research Coordinator with experience working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. Position Summary:

Under the direction of the physicians and clinical team, the Clinical Research Coordinator will be a highly detailed-oriented individual responsible for conducting major clinical trials using excellent clinical practice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical or laboratory processing and venipuncture for all studies to test and evaluate accurately.
  • Perform lab duties such as specimen handling and processing for studies in accordance with necessary protocols.
  • Taking basic vital signs – blood pressure, weight, height, ECG etc.
  • Administration of study drugs through oral, IV infusion and Subcutaneous injection interventions, study drug accountability and reconciliation.
  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing all study-related activities such as initiating timely start-up, navigating strict eligibility criteria, and ensuring clean data is entered accurately and inline with monitoring requirements.
  • Screen and Consent all participants to ensure eligibility in trial studies.
  • Effectively communicate in a clear and respectful manner all complex research protocols to patients.
  • Adhere to strict privacy and confidentiality policies.
  • Complete tasks as assigned by physicians and/or Clinical Research team.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in sciences field, preferably biomedical science, biology, biochemistry or chemistry, with mandatory laboratory experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Clinical Research experience required.
  • Recent experience conducting clinical trials, dermatology would be an asset.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional phone and conversation etiquette.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new programs and equipment.
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision.

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 42 per week
