The Role
Toronto Memory Program is looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant to be responsible for providing efficient clerical and administrative support to our research program.
This role will be based in Toronto, ON (North York) and is a full time position.

Toronto Memory Program, a Headlands Research site, is Canada’s largest and most experienced site for drug treatment trials in Alzheimer’s disease and related conditions. Founded in 1996, we have made significant contributions to over 100 drug treatment studies in Alzheimer’s disease. Our Medical Director, Dr. Sharon Cohen, a Canadian-trained behavioural neurologist, along with her team of highly trained research staff, have been committed to the development of better treatments for dementia for the past 18 years. The Role
Toronto Memory Program is looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant to be responsible for providing efficient clerical and administrative support to our research program.
This role will be based in Toronto, ON (North York) and is a full time position.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of source documentation
- Uploading/scanning research documents to PSS Suite EMR and to sponsors/CRO’s as directed
- Sending requisitions and associated ICFs to imaging facilities; confirming MRI/PET appointments with study subjects/study partners and with imaging facility.
- Photocopying and filing of source documents and regulatory documents
- Archiving of research documents
- Distribution of safety reports
- Printing relevant documents from PSS Suite EMR for filing in research subject binders
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year in a similar role, preferably within the medical field
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication, customer service and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Previous experience with PS Suite Electronic Scheduling system or similar EMR an asset
